BULK ORDER
For the Corporate bulk order, an official purchase order is required together with the order detail listing, excel template can be downloaded here.
HAMPER PRODUCTS LISTING
While photography and descriptions are intended to be accurate, plates, glasses, boxes and other props shown in photographs may not be included in a hamper unless specifically listed in contents.
SYGH reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if, for any reason, those stated are unavailable at time of dispatch.
GREETING MESSAGES
Every gift ordered from SYGH has the option to leave a personalized gift message. We would place a greeting card where you can leave a private message to the recipient/s. This gift message is free and part of our added value service; we cannot accept liability for the contents of the message nor guarantee it will be included inside or on the gift. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service-attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
SYGH are now offering Free Delivery on every single purchase that is quantity more or equals to 2 units hamper to any address within the Peninsular Malaysia. RM20.00 of delivery charge would be charge for quantity purchase below 2 units. Our delivery coverage area is not including East Malaysia unless specifically agreed terms incurred.
Deliveries are mainly made by the appointed courier service GD Express, contract transporter and our own drivers depending on the delivery location. Deliveries are normally made during workings hour. To allow for weekends, holidays, traffic conditions, delivery distance, weather etc., it is advisable for purchasers to place orders two working days or more before a requested delivery date to ensure we can have the item to their door on your ideal day for delivery.
If nobody at home…
If the recipient is not at home when the driver attempts delivery, the hamper will be returned and rescheduled. As deliveries are made mainly within working hours, please give some thought as to whether the recipient will be available for the delivery.
It is helpful if a contact telephone number for the recipient can be supplied with the order to aid the driver, however, please note that the driver is not able to call the recipient to arrange a delivery time.
Resend, return or refund
The couriers will only hold the parcel for a limited time after an attempted delivery, and if the recipient does not respond, the parcel will be returned to us.
If we are requested to re-send or redirect the parcel there may be additional charges to cover the cost of the parcel being returned, new delivery charges and replacement packaging and perishable items – this may be up to 50% of the original cost of the order depending on circumstances and contents.
Alternatively, we may offer a partial refund if the gift is no longer required.
In the event of an incorrect address or recipient information supplied by the purchaser, or if the recipient specified by the customer refuses to accept the parcel, SYGH reserves the right to make a charge of transportation for re-directing or re-sending the order.
In the event that the purchaser cancels the order after dispatch, SYGH reserves the right to refund 50% of the original order value.
Order Tracking / Proof of Delivery (POD)
We would update the delivery status or provide the CN no of our appointed courier service provider-GDEX for order tracking after 4-7 working days of the order date; order tracking could be made at http://www.gdexpress.com/malaysia/e-tracking.
On the other hand, a stamped and/or signed Delivery Order for Klang valley address that deliver by company driver will be provided as proof of delivery after 4-7days of the order date.
